Before we prescribe Power BI dashboards or copilots, we need to understand exactly where your organization sits today. Our Digital Maturity Assessment covers three tracks - IT, data, and automation - and scores each on a five-point scale. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
Track 1: IT & Infrastructure
- Score 1-2 (Chaotic): Consumer email, no password manager, spotty Wi-Fi, and ad-hoc backups. You’re a fit for the Foundational IT track.
- Score 3-5 (Stable): You already run Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, enforce MFA, and have at least a part-time MSP. We can graduate you to Efficiency Architect or AI Co-Pilot work right away.
Track 2: Data & Analytics
- Score 1-2 (Insight Poor): All reporting lives in spreadsheets and goes stale quickly. We start with a BI Starter Pack that unifies finance, sales, and operations data in Power BI.
- Score 3-5 (Data Aware): You can answer “what happened” but not “why” or “what’s next.” That’s when we align predictive models, scenario planning, and CFO dashboards.
Track 3: Automation
- Score 1-2 (Manual): Client onboarding, invoicing, and compliance updates live in someone’s inbox. Expect a focused automation audit and pilot workflows.
- Score 3-5 (Semi-Automated): You already use tools like Zapier but need guardrails, documentation, and deeper integrations. This is where AI copilots shine.
Deliverables you receive
- Scorecard & Heat Map highlighting the bottlenecks that block growth.
- 90-Day Roadmap sequencing foundational fixes, BI wins, and AI experiments.
- Investment Ranges so you can model retainer vs. project-based engagements.
If you want a clear view of how to graduate from “keeping the lights on” to AI-powered leverage, book a maturity assessment. We’ll show you which step unlocks the most ROI and how to get there without disrupting your team.
